Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, for every £1 you donate we can reclaim tax to increase your donation by 28p through the gift aid scheme*. There is no extra cost to you – all you need to do is click the 'I am a UK Taxpayer' declaration when submitting your online payment. If posting a payment, please download the Gift Aid Form.

Your declaration will cover this donation and any future donations to The Makunduchi Project. You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying us eg. if your circumstances change and you are no longer paying tax on your income or capital.

*You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the tax year (currently 28p for each £1 you give).
